Ø Responsible for delivering a high quality of food, service and cleanliness
Ø Checks that products are within the holding time and shelf life
Ø Performs First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method of products
Ø Check the quality of finished/cooked items
Ø Handles properly and endorses expired or spoiled products to the on-duty manager
Ø Check product storage and holding equipment is in good running condition
Ø Completes temperature chart
Ø Performs effectively and efficiently daily and weekly cleaning tasks
Ø Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of the work area
Ø Greets guests with great enthusiasm for the work area
Ø Responsible for attending all customer concerns
Ø Responsible for giving prompt and effectively, particularly on speed of service, cleanliness, wrong dispatch, spilled drinks
Ø Prepares the food products being sold in the store following the standards and procedures
Ø Secures cash when assigned in the counter area
Ø Supervises daily and weekly cleaning, checks cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
Ø Assist the management team in providing supervision, leadership and control of the work area
Ø Responsible for the lapsed product and wastage recording
Ø Task to lead a team of STMs and motivate people to meet customer satisfaction
Ø Practices, promotes and protects Tokyo Tokyo and its services
Ø Protects the brand and its image by adhering the set standards and procedures
