About the role:

The Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) reports into the Shared Services Manager and works in collaboration with the Account Directors, Account Managers, Delivery Managers and People Leads at Planit to provide administration support and coordination relating to the commercial tasks for Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia accounts.
Key to the success of the SDC position is the ability to be organised, efficient, a clear communicator, excellent attention to details, good stakeholder management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
You will have strong administration experience, be able to work to deadline and have a flexible, pro-active and positive outlook.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to Account Directors, Account Managers and Delivery Managers across all Planit QLD,WA, SA accounts
Manage Salesforce Dashboards, ensuring compliance with company KPI’s regarding opportunities and account activities.
Ensure client invoices are checked and approved according to Planit timelines and follow through with client communications regarding invoicing where necessary.
Maintain client documentation according to Planit documents polices.
Run other client initiatives and support the Accounts team with the management of clients where required.
Provide administrative support to People Leaders relating to the account management of clients where required.

Essential Skills and Experience:

3+ years in a similar supporting role with successful outcomes
High technical dexterity with
- Oracle Applications
- MS Office Applications
- Salesforce
- Share Point
- Other related systems
Very high communication skills that adapts to clients, senior and junior team members and across various Planit teams
Passion for People, Projects and working towards a goal.
Ability to learn Planit’s key offering.
Experience supporting from an offshore service centre.

Previous work experience in a Technical Professional Services Business is a preferred but not essential
