JOB SUMMARY:

• Handles all inquiries of the customer. Ensure that received concerns are endorsed to Customer Handling Officer of each respective Department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Care at the Sales Showroom area.
• Monitors and receives calls from the trunkline ensuring that calls are handled professionally and transferred to correct person or concerned Department correctly.
• Reports all concern received to CRD Head on a daily basis.
• Ensure that walk-in customers are assisted and endorsed to Marketing Professionals efficiently.
• Ensure that received documents/letters are recorded and will be handed over to correct recipients within the day.
• In-charge of sending Birthday, Anniversary greetings to customer thru SMS.
• In-charge of sending Promotional Activities to customers thru SMS.
• In-charge of data entry of DIS.
• Ready to receive any adhoc task assigned by the head of CRD.

• 8 hour shift

• 13th month salary

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
