A construction company established since 1985, with office located in Quezon City, engage in DESIGN & BUILD services specializing in Industrial & Warehouse projects with fabrication plant located in Bulacan.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering & Management
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel software particularly FUNCTIONS in formulas.
• Have experience in scheduling using Gantt chart or Excel.
• Can start ASAP.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• More on monitoring all the site workers & contractor's works to ensure satisfactorily performance and completion in compliance with design, specifications, and time/cost schedules.
• Monitoring and supervision of implementation and compliance with owners, contractors, and workers, environmental, health, and safety plans.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Overseeing building works, set-up of worksites and facilities
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Supervising contracted staff in collaboration with Site Foreman & Engineers
• Performs other duties as instructed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
