JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation & Editing
● Edit and craft engaging short-form video content tailored for platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and Facebook ads.
Creative Collaboration
● Work closely with social media and marketing teams to develop innovative video concepts and strategies.
● Collaborate with content specialists to ensure deliverables are optimized for organic views and platform best practices.
Platform-Specific Optimization
● Adapt video content to fit specific formats, dimensions, and best practices for each social media platform.
Brand Consistency
● Ensure all video content maintains consistent brand messaging, aesthetics, and tone across platforms.
Trend Awareness & Tools
● Stay on top of the latest social media trends and use advanced tools, especially Cap Cut Pro, to enhance video quality.
● Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating organic social media content that drives results.
Content Ideation & Briefing
● Edit videos based on provided briefs but also generate creative ideas from raw footage supplied by the client.
● Organic social media performance knowledge is essential for developing engaging and trending content.
Performance Evaluation
● Regularly analyze video performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
Deadline Management
● Ensure all deliverables are uploaded well before the deadline, keeping track of progress on the client’s ready-to-post sheet.
● Revise content as needed based on feedback from content specialists and clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Video Editing Proficiency
● Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Cap cut etc.
● Experience with motion graphics, animation, and special effects is a plus.
Social Media Knowledge
● Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube, including video content requirements (aspect ratios, lengths, etc.).
● Proven ability to edit videos that achieve 10k+ views on organic social media platforms.
Creative Storytelling
● Ability to craft engaging, audience-driven content through creative storytelling techniques.
Fast-Paced Environment
● Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and consistently meets tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Communication & Collaboration
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to edit captions accurately for Australian clients.
● Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with social media, marketing, and creative teams.
Accountability & Punctuality
● Accountable for the organic view performance of the videos you produce, taking pride in the results.
● Consistently punctual, ensuring deadlines are met without exception.
Experience & Expertise
● 3+ years of organic social media video editing experience, with a clear understanding of content that performs well on platforms like Instagram and Tik Tok.
Portfolio Presentation
● Portfolios of shortlisted candidates must be presented and sent to clients for review to ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.
● Must showcase organic video content and Reels, highlighting the performance metrics such as outreach and engagement.

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
