Job Title: Social Worker

Job Summary:
The Social Worker is responsible for providing support and services to individuals, families, and communities in need. The role involves identifying social issues, developing intervention plans, and facilitating access to government and non-government services. Social Workers are expected to uphold ethical standards, advocate for clients' rights, and contribute to the well-being and development of the Society.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the needs of individuals and families, create care plans, and provide counseling and emotional support.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and link them to appropriate services, such as health care, education, and housing.
• Collaborate with local communities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, case progress, and prepare regular reports in compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with local government units (LGUs), social service agencies, non-government organizations (NGOs), and international aid organizations to deliver services and facilitate programs.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of social programs aimed at improving community well-being, including disaster response, housing, and livelihood projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BS Social Work) or related field. Must be a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a valid license from the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC)
• Experience in social work, case management, community development, or crisis intervention is preferred but not always required.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Ability to work with vulnerable populations with empathy and confidentiality.
