Job Responsibilities

• Demand analysis and assessment of business processes and the system landscape
• Drafting, designing, planning, optimization of our Testing systems and the respective integration
• Design new or incrementally improve existing applications
• Coordination of technical implementation in Testing systems projects
• Identification of dependencies between system, infrastructure and projects towards competing demands
• Strategic selection of new technologies according to the business architecture
• Actively provide transfer of knowledge on current / future technologies, as well as conducting cost/benefit analysis of tools through evaluation of future IT solutions to determine best-balanced and integrated solutions
• Review the state-of-the-art awareness of information technology strategies by attending technical sessions, extensive research, and developing a network of industry contacts
• Conduct demand and feasibility analysis and implement proof-of-concepts
• Hands on in implementing proposed solutions and be able to technically guide extended teams during development and deployment of solution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree or similar qualifications with relevant work experience (preferably in IT, Engineering e.g.)
• Experience in documentation and development of acceptance criteria and demand analysis
• Profound skills in modelling of distributed software architecture (methods, design pattern, visualization and documentation
• Deeper knowledge of agile software development and project life cycles
• Experience with one of the following technologies would be a plus: Github, Cloud, Agile, Low-Code, AI/ML
• Experience with coding and development using Java is desired but not required
• Familiarity with database technologies like Oracle, My SQL, SQLServer
• Nice to have knowledge with ETL tools like Talend, Hadoop and the like
