JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in the consolidation of trial balance for ELAPAC and ASEAN entities through mapping creation and update of individual trial balances, loading in HFM and perform necessary validations and adjustments as required.
· Assist in providing detailed schedules and analyses required by the auditors and local finance. Attend to any inquiries as may be required in the audit process
· Monitor progress of the completion of statutory requirements for all APAC entities (including external audit, annual returns and local tax filing)
· Assist on the validation of draft audited financial statements, annual and tax returns prior to completion / filing.
· Coordinate with the auditors / local tax agents on audit and tax filing requirements.
· Perform follow ups to the concerned persons to ensure requirements are submitted on time.
· Other related duties which may be assigned by immediate superior / manager.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
● Must Have:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy;
· Preferably a Certified Public Accountant;
· At least 5 years experience in audit or financial accounting-related work experience
· Has above average computer literacy especially in the use of excel applications, has experience working on comprehensive ERP system;
· Should have excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
· High degree of initiative and able to work with the least supervision;
· A team player, and can motivate other team members;
· Proven ability to work under pressure and multitasking person
· Be able to work in a structured environment
· Proven ability to work under pressure.
· Have worked in an international and culturally diverse organization
· Experience in using ERP systems preferably in SAP/Oracle or equivalent
· Experience in Shared Services environment or in a multi national organization;
