1. Performs activities such as storage host provisioning, expansion, share drive creation, zoning of new hosts to the storage, decommissioning, monitoring, health check and code upgrades.
2. Performs integration to multiple storage devices.
3. Performs upgrade of backup software and storage firmware.
4. Provides recommendations and enhancement of existing storage and backup infrastructure to improve performance and ease of management.
5. Performs and participates in disaster recovery drills and procedures.
6. Creates and maintains detailed documentation of backup and storage procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering.
2. With at least 5 years of experience in backup and storage.
3. Knowledgeable with Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik, Avamar, Networker and Acronis.
Backup storage: Quantum DXi, Dell EMC Data Domain, & HPE Store Once.
4. Willing to work in Makati.
