Position: Billing Administrator
Location: Aseana, Parañaque City

Your Role:
As a Billing Administrator, you will:

• Assist in tracking, balancing revenues and expenses for every job generated, and daily status reporting on funding
• Assists in reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment, and track all internal, subcontractors and pass-through revenue.
• Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
• May provide backup support and assistance to other project coordinators

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

• At least 3 years Billing Admin experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel).
• Ability to become proficient with customer “Host Systems” as required

Preferred skills/expertise

• Construction/ telecommunication knowledge preferred
• Experience working with database software.
• Proven strong analytic/problem solving/arithmetic skills.
• Highly organized person and can show planning and processes to support daily work.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Practical and conceptual thinking as related to project descriptions and needs.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
