Your Role:
As a Technical Analyst, you will:

• Research, create, and maintain technical data to a high level of accuracy for technical publications and special projects.
• Assist in creating Infomedia’s Super-service Menus, which provide car dealerships with accurate and reliable menu pricing for service, repair, and accessory operations.
• Help improve dealership productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction by preparing service department quotations and repair orders.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables:

• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred skills/experience:

• Highly motivated team players with experience in technical data management, supporting special projects and publications.
