Who are we looking for:
As a Security Supervisor , you are expected to control any theft which is the main reason for losses inside stores and distribution centers, and reduce losses and increase profitability.

Prepare a detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner for Executives, HR and others upon request.
Investigate known or suspected internal theft, external theft, or vendor fraud.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to report or investigate crimes.
Legal compliance, and matters related to organized work related crime and fraud.
Administer and involve in store and DC shrinkage supervising and controlling programs.
Monitor and analyze shrinkage to identify trends in theft and fraud , organized retail crime, and connected fraud.
Implement or monitor processes to reduce property or financial losses.
Conduct store audits to identify problem areas or procedural deficiencies.
Monitor employees behavior and operational issues through exception based reporting (POS, System data, Inventory documents and CCTV)
Verify proper functioning of physical security systems, such as closed-circuit televisions, alarms, sensor tag system, or locks.
Monitor areas susceptible to loss such as, receiving and issuings docks, warehouse, rtv, backload.
Support stores and recommend solutions as related to loss prevention.
Maintain documentation of reports on security-related incidents or investigations.\
Responsible to protect and safeguard employees, visitors, their belongings and all company assets.
Identify and report safety concerns to maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor compliance to standard operating procedures for loss prevention, physical security, or risk management.
Conduct departmental orientation for new employees
Interact with and monitor security guards activities.
Supervise LP Assistants and security personnel and conduct briefing for them.
Assign duties to LP Assistants as per instruction from LP Manager.
Supervise, lead, develop and coach LP Asssitants.

What does it take to be part of the team?

Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or a related field.
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in security, enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure ni stressful situations.
Willing to be assigned in: MARILAO, BULACAN
