Talent Acquisition Lead - Remote Philippines

Cancer Check Labs is performing a cancer screening test that can detect any solid tumor from a simple blood draw through the capture, detection, and identification of atypical circulating tumor cells (CTCs).

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Talent Acquisitions Lead's Key Responsibilities will be:
Sourcing & Recruitment Process Management
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Source top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and define selection criteria
Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop, implement, and manage talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning efforts to anticipate future hiring needs and create proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Work with the marketing team to promote employer branding through job advertisements, social media, and company career pages.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Provide training to managers on interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead, Recruitment Manager, or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and candidate experience.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent command of American English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
  • Working knowledge of standard word processing, spreadsheet and other productivity software tools
  • Access to infrastructure (electrical power, backup generator, broadband internet, computer, etc.) to work virtually
  • Able to work until midnight Manila time

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php150.00 - Php300.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
