Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead position.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, with a focus on collections.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive, or similar.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with international customers, particularly in the US and Australia, is a plus.
• Experience from the travel industry is a bonus but not a must.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.
