Role: Team Lead/Supervisor
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time
Work Setup: WFO (Office-based)
Summary
The Team Lead/Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting our 1st Party Collections team. While this position does not involve direct oversight of agents, the individual will be responsible for training new hires as needed and conducting call audits to ensure quality and compliance.

Summary

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the training of new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles in collections.
- Conduct call audits for all agents to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
- Provide feedback and guidance to agents based on audit results.
- Collaborate with the team to improve collection strategies and processes.
- Support the team in meeting and exceeding monthly quotas for phone activity and fee collection.
Required Experience:
- Prior collections experience is a plus.
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy.\
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems.
- Strong negotiation skills.
