Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
• Must have a work experience from a Rubber/Plastic Injection-Molding company.
• Has knowledge in the mechanism how the defects are produced.
• Has knowledge in 5M (Material, Manpower, Method, Machine, Mold)
• Computer literate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Testing of new molds before use in Production & establishment of Molding Documents for new products (Molding Specification, Procedure and etc.)
• Conducts mold inspection for new mold and quarterly check-up of existing molds
• Assists on Mold Repair/Maintenance & handles Mold Spare Parts Inventory, & Mold Control (Storage, Inventory and etc.)
• Initiate projects/Kaizen that will benefit the company especially molding
• Conducts monitoring of F-cost top contributor item
• Analyzes the root cause of the Quality Issues encountered on F-cost top contributor item
• Monitoring of 5M (Man, Material, Machine, Mold, Method) for encountered abnormal conditions and changepoints (intentional or unintentional) during production.
• Follow company rules and regulations, and practice the company's best practices (5S, Horenso, Yokoten, Kaizen, etc.).
