Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
• Has at least 1-2 years' experience in a Manufacturing Company.
• Has knowledge in Training and Recruitment and other roles of an HR.
• Has the ability to apply effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill, has strong organization skills, and an ability to prioritize and multiple tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative.
• Prefer to expand knowledge by learning about the responsibilities of various jobs within a workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to handle and provide general support to other facets of Human Resources, as well as data mining and analysis of various HR data.
