We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with strong expertise in Angular and various back-end technologies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining the product roadmap, prioritizing key features, and leading the technical team to deliver innovative solutions. This position demands a blend of technical expertise and leadership to ensure our product aligns with the highest standards of quality and innovation. Candidates must also be open to learning Java on the job to expand their skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of product strategies and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and tasks, ensuring agile development cycles are met effectively.
- Guide the development team through the technical architecture, ensuring best practices in Angular and back-end technologies like Node.js, Postgre SQL, and other modern frameworks.
- Implement and enforce test-driven development (TDD) methodologies to maintain code quality.
- Oversee the integration of APIs, services, and other backend systems to ensure smooth, scalable operations.
- Continuously monitor and improve system performance, addressing technical challenges proactively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.
- Exposure to Project Management is also preferred.
- Strong expertise in Angular and proficiency in Node.js or other back-end technologies.
- Knowledge of database management systems like Postgre SQL, and experience with API integrations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding development teams.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with monitoring user behavior and translating insights into actionable product improvements.
