As a BPO Trainer, you will:
1. Facilitate and conduct training sessions, providing expertise in module management.
2. Maintain training records and offer constructive feedback to trainees.
3. Develop training materials based on data and research to support both training and production.
4. Implement training strategies, initiatives, and materials that enhance the employee development on products and processes.
Job Description and Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BPO Trainer.
2. At least 1 year of experience in the Training Field and Environment.
3. Must be willing to do shifting schedules.
4. At least 2 years in college.
