Position Overview/Job Summary:
CHAT SUPPORT
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Performing other tasks as required by the client
• Regularly aiming to improve the quality of customer interactions
• Being a team player; having fun and working with a team to hit client targets

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 6 months – 1 year of chat support experience
• Knowledgeable in E-Commerce accounts
• Good communication skills (English conversant)
• Amenable to work on an onsite shifting schedule
• At least high school graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High school graduate
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply as long as with prior chat support experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• Overtime
• Rotational shift

• Eastwood City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Senior High School (Required)

• BPO: 1 year (Required)
