Training Supervisor - Hybrid Work Setup

- Training Program Development: Designing, developing, and implementing training programs and curriculum materials tailored to the specific needs of call center agents, focusing on product knowledge, customer service skills, communication techniques, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- New Hire Training: Conducting orientation sessions and onboarding training for new hires, providing them with foundational knowledge and skills required to succeed in their roles within the call center environment.
- Ongoing Training Initiatives: Planning and facilitating ongoing training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses to reinforce learning, address skill gaps, and keep agents updated on changes in products, processes, and industry trends.
- Performance Improvement: Collaborating with Quality Assurance teams to identify performance gaps and training needs through performance evaluations, quality monitoring, and analysis of key performance metrics.
- Coaching and Feedback: Providing individualized coaching, constructive feedback, and performance evaluations to agents based on training assessments and quality assurance results, helping them improve their skills and meet performance targets.
- Training Delivery: Delivering training sessions through various methods including classroom instruction, virtual training platforms, e-learning modules, role-playing exercises, and hands-on simulations to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
- Training Evaluation: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, knowledge assessments, performance evaluations, and other metrics, and making adjustments as necessary to improve training outcomes and ROI.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborating with HR, Operations, Quality Assurance, and other departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals, initiatives, and strategic priorities.
- Technology Integration: Leveraging training technology platforms and tools to enhance the delivery and administration of training programs, track learner progress, and manage training resources efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Staying abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in training and adult learning theory, and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance training processes, methodologies, and content to drive continuous improvement and maximize agent performance and satisfaction.
- Minimum high school diploma
- Some Six Sigma certification (if there’s any)
- Minimum 2 years of training supervisor work experience
- Able to adapt to different personalities
