SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
As a Transport Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day pre-delivery, delivery and post-delivery activities of the transport operations relevant in aligning company direction and key strategies in promoting excellence and quality product and work. Additionally, this role will ensure timely and proper implementation and execution of transport operations involving load planning, delivery booking, dock planning and direct coordination with customer counterpart.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Check and validate received outbound data and list of sales from SOP as the main reference of load planning of customer orders per geographical areas or zone per depot.
• Prepare final dock plan on final approved truck details as the main reference of warehouse provider in the loading activity of Truckers/Forwarders.
• Directly coordinates customer counterpart in settling delivery requirements and concerns.
• Updating truck types at SAP system under change shipment.
• Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediately superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Work Experience:

• Graduate of any Business related course
• 1 to 2 years professional experience in load planning, order booking, email coordination with internal and external partners, preferably in Warehouse or Logistic Environment.
• With industry exposure in Manufacturing and/or FMCG industry is highly preferred.

• Load Allocation
• Booking and Delivery
• Familiarization with Philippine Transportation Law
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to understand and analyze varied transport situation

Work Arrangement:

• Amenable to report on-site daily.
• Flexible to work on shifting schedules.
• Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays.
• Open to employment opportunities in Muntinlupa or Paranaque City.
