The Turn over Engineer shall be responsible in the preparation, coordination and execution full tie-in scope for detailed analyses of turnaround and Client requirements.Analyzes detailed tie-in scope in each step; leaning Job Packs / MOC/ BB restrictions regulations; preparing meeting with client.
Prepares required documents and permits for work; to secure all activities in frame of successful cutover process.
Reviews work packages and hydro test packages and ensure that all is ready for implementation and execution.
Manages and monitors the site activities of main contractor and sub-contractor to ensure the construction and pre-tar scope of work are completed in preparation for turnaround work scope.
Reviews the drawing, method statement, procedure and all related engineering and turnaround activities.
Coordinates with the vendor, client’s representative to obtain approval for work as it is accomplished.
Ensures that the permit to work process PTW is being followed, maintained and correctly implemented on sub system under his control.
Reports activity clashes that impact the schedule on their sub system to the turnaround team as they arise.
Assists the supervisors and superintendent in their daily activities and resolve any technical issues arising during the pre-tar construction phase.
Reviews work packages and hydro test packages and ensure that all is ready for implementation and execution. Coordinates and follow a multidisciplinary team of operation, maintenance, engineering, inspection, project, shops and support services, etc., to achieve the milestones for the turnaround planning and execution phases.
Minimum Qualifications:
§ Engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical Engineering discipline
§ Can communicate clearly with a multi discipline team.
§ Proficient in handling all required inspection, assembly and installation of piping spools and equipment and all associated pre-commissioning scope of responsibility.
§ Possesses strong knowledge of industrial standard and processes
Must be able to execute work packages and ensure that the implementation of project execution plan is strictly enforced in accordance with the method statement.
