Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions.
- Assists in records and document control such as monitoring incoming and outgoing documents, document storage and retrieval, record retention and disposal, document imaging and scanning.
- Compliance with e-tap’s safety, security, and information security protocols.
- Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
