What you will do
● Interview Coordination: Arranging interviews and coordinating hiring efforts, especially for entry to mid-level roles, with occasional recruitment for higher-level positions.
● Hiring Paperwork: Ensuring all necessary hiring documentation is completed and supporting recruitment personnel throughout the process.
● Sourcing and Screening: Identifying, screening, and scheduling candidates for assessments (either on-site or online), and selecting suitable candidates for open positions.
● Job Offer Preparation: Drafting job offer letters, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the company’s standard formats.
● Record Maintenance: Accurately inputting and maintaining successful candidates.
● Candidate Evaluation and Recommendations: Evaluating candidates and preparing recommendations while ensuring compliance with established policies, regulations, and standards.
● Communication: Keeping the hiring manager and candidates informed about the hiring process, addressing any concerns or issues as they arise.
● Compliance: Following safety, security, and information security protocols.
● Additional Duties: Performing other assigned duties related to the recruitment process.

Why You
● Bachelor’s degree in psychology or degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
● At least two (2) years of experience handling employee recruitment
● Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, creating a positive recruitment experience.
● Knowledge of how to prepare and present job offer letters, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Ensuring accuracy in candidate evaluations, job offer letters, and maintaining data integrity within HR systems.
