Job Title : Utilities Water Engineer
Reporting to : Resource Direct Australia Pty Ltd
Salary : Php 50,000 – 70,000
Hours : 8 Hours Fulltime
Education : Bachelor Degree (Preferred)
Location : Work from home (Philippines)
Water Engineer Duties & Responsibilities:

• Providing engineering for hydrologic studies, 1D and 2D hydraulic investigations, flood risk analysis, spillway sizing and dam break analysis
• Completing hydraulic and technical calculations in order to size and identify pump, valves and equipment from those calculations
• Provide engineering for hydrologic studies, 1D and 2D hydraulic investigations, flood risk analysis, spillway sizing and water way diversions
• Work with senior team members undertaking technical delivery of flood risk projects, working with our technical specialists in Leeds
• Manage and oversee the technical delivery of strategic water management, flood risk management and water component of multi-disciplinary projects
• Assist with preparation of bids and tenders and fee proposals for a range of clients
• Take a leading role in the project management and technical delivery of flood risk projects, working with our technical specialists in Leeds a
• Manage and deliver bids and tenders and fee proposals for a range of clients
• Supervise and manage more junior members of the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• With Australian prjoject experience
• Previous site-based, hands-on practical experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn from others and develop your knowledge, skills, and career.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience working in a team environment and a hardworking attitude.
• High attention to detail.
• Up to 3+ years’ experience involved in the water treatment industry
• Experience developing cost estimates and proposals

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
