Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of all company workplaces as well as company surroundings by cleaning floor surfaces, ceilings, and windows, ensure appropriate disposing of trash, cleans restroom and replenishes supplies and provide assistance in custodial services and groundskeeping activities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleans all assigned workplace areas as well as in all building facilities daily.
- Always keeps all janitorial equipment’s and tools clean and in good condition. Reports all found defects on it immediately to Supervisor.
- Uses wisely all consumable products for cleaning.
- Uses and keeps all cleaning equipment, machines, and tools with care always.
- Reports all unusually observations in all areas being cleaned immediately to Supervisor.
- Updates daily work log sheets accurately and on time.
- Responds to any call for assistance from any department as needed.
- Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
- High school graduate
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Communicates in Filipino or English
- Strong knowledge of basic preventative and general maintenance activities
- Ability to recognize hazards and take appropriate measures to avoid them
- Physically agile and capable of performing difficult manual labor
- Skilled in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with technical teams
- Willing to be assigned in Maybunga, Jenny's Ave Pasig City
- Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
- Can Start IMMEDIATELY
