JOB SUMMARY

• Supplements daily order processing operations by efficient processing, accurate coordination with the supervisor, and execution of inventory management systems.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Processing

• Encode all orders assigned by supervisor within agreed time parameter
• Evaluate completeness and accuracy of documents. Report discrepancy or lacking information to supervisor.

Order Coordination

• Assist supervisor in addressing Sales Agents/concession store inquiries by providing accurate order information and status.
• Submit all orders via ERP system to respective warehouses and coordinates any special requirement set by the customer or internal management.

Inventory Management

• Strictly applies First In First Out (FIFO) system to all orders.
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding fast- and slow-moving items.
• Assist supervisor in recommending possible alternatives for unserved orders.
• Consolidates inventory reports given by concession stores for supervisor’s review.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to multitask
• Solid mathematical skills
• Willing to work from Monday to Friday ( Saturday if necessary) Ortigas, Pasig City
• Can start IMMEDIATELY
