BASIC PURPOSE:
Takes video to different Red Cross activities, chapter and other services
especially the activities of Chairman and Secretary General.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

 Documentation of PRC activities and its Chapters and Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Video shoots with Chairman and Secretary General and all different Red Cross activities, Chapters and Services - 50%
 Editing – cut to cut edit - 25%
 Transferring the videos from tape to CDs - 25%
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Education : At least 2 years in college
Experience Required : Minimum of 1 year experience Volunteer experience in PRC is advantage

Equipment Used : Videocamera, Camera, Videocamera accessories.
Working Environment : Usual office environment with schedule field works. Possible deployment in disaster stricken area.
Contacts :
Internal - Coordinates in PRC departments, Chapters and Services.
External - Coordinates with National and Regional offices of Department of Health and other government and non-government agencies.
Propose Accomplishment:
Daily/Weekly : Video coverage of each event of the Chairman and Secretary General and other office and services, transferring of cut to cut video from tape to CD for archiving purposes, News Clippings and perform other duties instructed by the head of office.
