DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capture awesome photos and videos
• Have positive, creative, fun energy that matches that of our team and clients;
• Suggest cool photos, videos, and marketing ideas that improve and promote our company's marketing strategies;
• Bring creativity to all content you are producing.
• Monitor, execute, filter, and provide best capture videos for the Social Media content of the Company.
• Collaborate with the social media Team for the creative content of the company's social media by providing video shoots
• Lead in video shoots needed for the marketing strategy of the company.
• Work professionally and efficiently with Sales and Marketing to produce high-quality videos to be used in promoting our organization.
• Enhance photos and videos using professional tools like Adobe Suite.
• Pitch, plan, execute creative ideas, and exceed the company's goals and objectives.
• Operate and set up various videographic equipment such as single lens reflex cameras and film or digital cameras, lighting, and other equipment needed during the shoot.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Broadcasting, Film, Photography, or equivalent
• With at least five (5) working experience as a videographer in a competitive industry
• Detailed knowledge of videography and lighting
• With broad knowledge in videography and technicality
• Creative and has strong attention to detail; flexible and can do multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels in the organization.
• Technical acumen to be able to operate, configure, and set up lighting, or other production equipment.
• Understanding of post-production techniques and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/ Adobe Primier Pro.
• Has the organization skills to manage deadlines and time efficiently.
• Must have an impressive portfolio/profile

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
