Role Profile:

• Bachelor/College degree (Technical Related course)
• At least 3 year-experience in developing and implementing quality assurance programs in a call center environment
• Must have leadership experience, including managing Vo C associates.
• Knowledgeable in management in the BPO or similar industry.
• Experience in CSAT/ NPS / FCR
• Must be amenable to shifting schedules.
