Assist in managing the assigned warehouse through proper handling, storing and recording of supplies, as a stock controller for the incoming and as a checker for the outgoing goods.
A. Receiving (Incoming)

• Records incoming goods in the warehouse management system and maintains

updated records of items in the warehouse.

• Conduct random inspections on of delivered goods by suppliers (PRC P.O. and suppliers approved sample as basis) • Check delivery receipts, invoice received from various suppliers / dealers before endorsing to the Warehouse Officer
• Prepare and issue a Goods Received Notes for deliveries received.
• Attend & supervise casual worker in the unloading of purchased / donated items & recording incoming transaction in the Warehouse Management System
• Submit reports: Updated Inventory of items,
• Request to Purchase as replenishment for low level office supplies.

B. Storage, Security & Maintenance

• Supervise Casual Workers during the movement/ stockpiling and stacking of supplies.
• Act on security requirements and conducts a daily routine inspection of the

status of the supplies to avoid damage, spillage, spoilage and pilferage

• Attend to the filing / safekeeping of warehouse documents and records (RIV's & Warehouse Waybill / Delivery Notes, Good Received Notes and others).

C. Dispatching (Outgoing)

• Receive, evaluate & record all incoming RIV's for issuance, prepare and repacking of requested supplies for delivery/shipment to different end users
• Attend & supervise casual worker in the loading of requested supplies & recording of outgoing transactions in the Warehouse Management System.
• Attend to the preparation of Warehouse Waybill/Delivery Notes for the outgoing supplies
• Submit updated inventory of warehouse items

D. Management Support

• Assist with various program operations as requested, as responsibilities permit and as directed by the Manager

Qualifications

• At least College Graduate with or without experience
• Computer literate
• Good oral and written communication skill
• Critical thinking
• Organized
• Team player
• Knowledge in basic electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
