Primary Function:
Responsible in overseeing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods including perishable items. The rose ensures productivity targets are met and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee overall warehouse operation
2. Document Warehouse policies, processes and guidelines.
3. Prepare monthly operation performance report
4. Assess recommended improvements from Supervisors prior to implementation
5. Assess recommended action related to manpower evaluation result
6. Lead recovery actions for incidents or accidents.
7. Review and response to claims
8. Coordinate with clients for all necessary matters
9. Recommend necessary changes to improve operations
10. Develop processes to improve manpower allocation
11. Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are followed strictly
12. Review pending disciplinary issues to determine follow-up actions.
13. Review contingency plans for managing incidents or accidents.
14. Review the effectiveness of operations improvements.
15. Review training needs to carry out training plans for staff development.
16. Verify the accuracy of reports and investigation outcomes for incidents or accidents.
17. Review monthly inventory count result and responses
18. Review billing reports
19. Review all operations related receipts and documents prior to approval and payment
20. Ensure sufficient revolving petty cash funds at all times
21. Perform other tasks deemed necessary by the management
22. Plan and coordinate transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers or suppliers.
23. Oversee order fulfillment, including the preparation of shipping documentation and compliance.

Technical: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
· Knowledge in using SAP system in an advantage.
· Experience with warehouse management and inventory management software.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Commitment to providing excellent customer service and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
· Knowledge of lean warehousing techniques and continuous improvement processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent (master’s degree is an advantage)
• At least more than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Warehouse Operations in FMCG Sector or relevant experience.
