Job Summary:
As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the client’s website that provides a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with development teams, marketing professionals, and clients to design websites that are visually appealing, functional, and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop website layouts, user interfaces (UI), and landing pages: Use design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with development teams: Work closely with front-end developers to ensure that the website is translated accurately from design to code.
• Implement responsive and mobile-first designs: Ensure the website works effectively across all devices and screen sizes.
• Maintain branding consistency: Create designs that align with the company or client’s brand identity and design standards.
• Incorporate user experience (UX) principles: Use UX best practices to ensure user-friendly navigation, accessibility, and overall usability.
• Optimize for performance: Design websites that are optimized for fast loading times, minimal resource usage, and SEO-friendly structures.
• Stay updated with industry trends: Keep up with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Test and troubleshoot: Ensure that designs work seamlessly in various browsers and platforms, troubleshooting any design-related issues.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in web design or a related field.
• Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and Java Script (a plus).

Skills:

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like Word Press, Shopify, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your web design work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
