Responsibilities:
Mail Management
Client Communication
Assist the Imports Supervisor in Australia / do admin tasks.
Job Registrations
Inward Seafreight (Tracking, updating Cargowise vessel details)
Processing Shipping line / Co-loader invoices
Chasing Pre-Alerts, Arrival Notices, TLX BLs and EDO’s
Data Entry / System updates
Liaise with Agents & Shipping Lines
Liaise with clients – e.g. sending communications from Cargowise
Checking of Pre-Alerts
Monitor tracking reports and update
Documentation authorisation
Client Account Management
Organising the Import logistics of Courier booking
Attend meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Cargowise One user is an advantage
· International Freight Forwarding
· Experience in Australian Export/Import shipments
· Customer-centric mindset
· Team Player, Multitasker, Tech Savvy
· Good Communication Skills
· Must have a reliable Internet Connection at home.
· Experience working in the same or similar industries can be beneficial
We will provide the necessary equipment, including a laptop, extra monitor, mouse, headset, and camera. You must have an isolated quiet working space at home. & a stable internet connection of at least 25mbps.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

• Australian Imports/Exports Shipments: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
• Import Registration: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Cargowise One Certification? (Required)
