- Manage and coordinate all facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and space planning.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contracts for services such as cleaning, security, and landscaping.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Manage the facilities budget, including cost control and financial reporting.
- Coordinate and oversee construction and renovation projects.
- Implement and maintain energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage space allocation and office moves.
- Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and emergencies.
- Supervise facilities staff and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of facilities operations, maintenance, and costs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for facilities management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management or related role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction, and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and building codes.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Certifications such as FMP (Facility Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager) are preferred.
