Job Title: HR/Recruitment Assistant - Poland & Italy

About Us:

We operate in over 90 countries and have a global team of over 7,000 employees. As we continue our growth, we are seeking a dynamic and competent HR/Recruitment Assistant to join our Warsaw office and manage HR operations for Poland and Italy.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and employee relations, and will be responsible for supporting HR functions across Poland and Italy. This role requires proficiency in both Polish and Italian, as well as the ability to work with multicultural teams in an international setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in full-cycle recruitment for the Poland and Italy regions, from sourcing to onboarding
Support employee relations and HR administration
Coordinate with the HR team to manage employee records and processes
Ensure smooth communication between local offices and headquarters
Provide HR support to managers and employees in a multicultural environment
Handle day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, documentation, and compliance

Qualifications:

Proficiency in both Polish and Italian (written and spoken)
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or employee relations
Ability to work with diverse, international teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
Based in or willing to relocate to Warsaw, Poland
