WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A university graduate up to 6 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year (available for min. 35 h per week) - Proficient English speaker (good command of one or more of the following languages will be a critical asset: Greek, Romanian, Arabic, German, Ukrainian, French, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Serbian)
- Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
-
support Philip Morris International employees with HR related queries - actively follow-up on end-to-end resolution of employee cases
- maintain requests and employees’ personal data in SAP database
- prepare and translate HR related documentation and organizational announcements
- perform daily audits of data inputs
- generate standard and complex SAP reports
