WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Students of last years of studies or up to 6 months after graduation - Preferably candidates available for 30h+ a week,
- Candidates with a proficient level of both written and spoken English,
- Computer users, comfortable with using MS Office (especially MS Excel would be a strong asset),
- Quick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills,
- Individuals be able to prioritize responsibilities and presenting attention to details,

- Paid internship for duration of 12 months,
- Flexible working time - you can easily combine internship with studies
- Participation in one of the biggest P&C projects so far where we implement a brand-new core system; you will have a chance to work in a stream responsible for employees’ personal data storage,
- Unique opportunity to have a dedicated scope, which supports team’s day-to-day operations and decision-making,
- Participation in the trainings and access to materials on the P&C systems and processes
- Daily contact with people from all around the world,
- A chance to see the nature of corporate world and working in a multinational environment with a team of specialists,
- Possibility to use and practice English each day.
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Gather and document local requirements coming from all PMI affiliates worldwide.
- Monitor alignment and correctness of data stored in the system.
- Support for personal data migration between the old and new P&C system.
- Prepare work instructions and guidelines for the future system users.
- Perform system testing and document its results.
