Operational Buyer with French

Responsibilities:
- Process Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders
- Support process from sourcing and RFQ up to signing contract
- Drive cost savings and reductions
- Proactively monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders from the suppliers
- Proactively manage on time deliveries
- Resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Closely collaborate with your internal customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Report your achievements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements
- Support and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate environment, ideally in operational area
- Knowledge of Procurement/ Supply Chain Management processes and function
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business or similar
- Fluency (written and spoken) in both English and French
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Customer focus with proactive attitude
- Negotiation skills will be an asset
- Proficient use of SAP, Ariba, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and Power Point is desirable
