Receptionist - GSS Junior Admin

As a Receptionist/GSS Junior Admin you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the reception area in a professional and efficient state
- Managing office access control
- Providing administrative support for visitors – check in, badges, catering, taxi, etc.
- Maintaining office correspondence circulation
- Managing office supplies
- Cooperating with security, cleaning services, facility team and other departments
- Providing administrative support for Westinghouse employees/teams
- Organizing meetings and events
- Providing administrative support for company documentation flow (invoices, expenses, etc.) including electronic document management systems
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- English on C1 level
- Very good practical skills of MS Office (especially MS Word)
- High attention to details
- Commitment to excellence and result orientation
- Communication and presentation skills in an international business environment at all hierarchy levels of the organization
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in internet navigation for information and data gathering
- High level interpersonal skills, poise, tact, and diplomacy required to handle sensitive and stressful situations
