Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
As a Booking Agent (M/F), you will report to the Front Office Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of booking services in the different channels (phones/email/web), direct or indirect, from the booking request to its confirmation. It carries out commercial outbound and promotional campaigns, up-selling and cross-selling actions and manages conflicts/complaints in order to guarantee a quality and excellence service, actively and decisively contributing to exceed customer expectations.
