• Support the management reporting in HFM (Valmet reporting tool);
• Support operations teams in both factories in Ovar as well as sales teams for the different Valmet businesses in Portugal (Fabrics, Automation and Pulp and Energy)
• Analysis and preparation of financial statements;
• Analysis of deviations and realization of the plan and forecast;
• Preparation and analysis of monthly reporting to support decision making;
• Organization and maintenance of the industrial costing system (BOM’s and Routings);
• Coordination in the definition of indicators in the different areas as well as the collection of information necessary for the production reports with management indicators relevant to the business (KPI’s).
• Efficiently support the preparation and monthly/annual closing of the company's accounts;
• Supporting FM in internal and external audits of management and accounting processes;
• Follow up of stock levels and working capital;
• Support with ERP implementation and propose improvements

• Academic training at the degree in Accounting, Economics or Management;
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in the job, preferably in an industrial environment;
• Fluency in Spoken and Written English;
• Good analytical skills, organization and planning;
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in SAP ERP (preferred factor);
• Capacity for initiative and versatility, resistance to stress,
• Consolidated knowledge Financial Analysis;
• Good knowledge of general and analytical accounting;
