We are currently seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our Portuguese team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in similar customer support roles. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

• Communicate with customers through telephone, email, and chat to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Provide professional support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints, offer timely solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear solutions.
• Determine when to escalate customer issues to other departments or senior staff.
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve help tickets effectively.
• Document actions, categorize cases, and report potential bugs for engineering team review.
• Keep all job-related administrative documentation up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

• Must be native or fluent in Russian (C1 level) and fluent in Polish (minimum B2 level).
• Prior experience in similar customer support roles is required.
• Experience with live chat support and proficient typing skills are preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical terms for non-technical users.
• A resourceful and resilient personality that can adapt and remain composed in various situations.
• Capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision and managing time effectively.
• Must be able to work independently and also be an active team player.
