What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

• Customer contact with customers by telephone, in your native language and in some cases also in English language
• Contact by phone (inbound), as well as in writing via e-mail or online chat
• Resolving questions and troubleshoot

Customer-oriented solution finding for any inquiries, but no sales;

• Independent and proactive solution finding, using the always available knowledge base

Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Customer Support experience
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card

Recruitment process
