Customer support specialist to trading department

Responsibilities:
Trader is responsible for engaging with customers, providing support, analyzing projects, creating trading strategies, and implementing client requests. This role requires proficiency in cryptocurrency trading, analytical tools, and strategic thinking.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert support
  • Analyze market trends, projects, and opportunities to develop effective trading strategies
  • Build and implement trading algorithms to optimize trading performance
  • Monitor and manage trading software to execute strategies efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance trading methodologies and processes
  • Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics
  • Provide regular reports and insights on trading performance and market conditions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cryptocurrency trading, with a proven track record of success, or any other assets trading
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and platforms for market analysis and strategy development
  • Strong understanding of trading principles, technical analysis, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent English proficiency (C1 min)
