We are looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Support Advisor to work remotely for a fast-growing, innovative payment technology company.

How a day-to-day will look like:

Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions
Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns
Providing information about products
Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments

What do you need to be successful at this job:

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English
EU passport or PT Work Permit
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit
Tech savvy with passion for helping others
High school diploma or equivalent
