Dutch-Speaking Social Media Content Moderators – Lisbon, Portugal

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Dutch-speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content posted on social media platforms to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading social media companies and ensure the safety and accuracy of the content on their platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content (images, videos, text) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
- Identify and escalate issues, including inappropriate content, hate speech, or threats.
- Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and user experience.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a positive online environment.
- Utilize internal tools and systems to manage content efficiently.
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
- Good level of English for communication with international teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Interest in social media platforms and understanding of internet culture.
- Ability to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays, as required).
- EU passport/ID or a valid Portuguese resident card.
- Competitive salary with 14 salary payments per year.
