Job Description
Your contribution to something big:

• Support the data analytics efforts, including data gathering, report generation, and basic analysis for efficiency tracking and project metrics;
• Assist in developing automation solutions that streamline HR processes, collaborating on the design, testing, and implementation of digital tools;
• Help with the coordination aspects of internal department initiatives;
• Work with cross-functional teams, translating technical requirements into actionable insights for HR service delivery improvements;
• Participate in planning and coordinating tool rollouts and digital projects across the department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications
What distinguishes you:

• Education: Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, HR Management, or a related field;
• Experience: 2+ years’ of IT and support experience;
• Knowledge: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and a willingness to learn HR-specific systems and automation tools;
• Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level);
• Personality: Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and an interest in digital transformation.
