✅ As a Customer Support you will:

• After sales support of all customers' requests in French by phone and email
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns: “My toothbrush stopped working”, “My TV arrived today after the repair, however it’s still not working”
• Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information (i.e.: I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine; What are the differences between these devices before ordering”
• Answers delivery questions like: “I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue”

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

• 855€ gross x 14 months -basic salary (it's on average 1000€ paid per 12months!)
• 100€ gross / month - project bonus
• up to 100€ gross performance bonus/month
• meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
• 20 €/month - Transport allowance

• Fluency in French (C2 - native)
• Communicative English level
• You live in Lisbon or you want to relocate there
